Repair Tumble Dryer MIELE – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis One of our Miele-trained technicians arrives at your home at an agreed time. Using professional diagnostic tools, they carry out a thorough assessment — checking the safety thermostat for tripped overheating protection, testing the condenser pump in condensation models, inspecting the labyrinth drum humidity sensors for detergent-residue build-up, and verifying the condition of the lint filter. Error codes such as F4 (NTC sensor fault) and E68 (heating triac fault) are read directly from the control board, giving a precise picture of the fault rather than guesswork.

3. Repair With diagnosis confirmed, our technician explains the fault, the solution, and the cost — clearly, in writing, before any work begins. We use original Miele spare parts wherever available, and certified-compatible components when original parts require longer lead times, ensuring the 20-year engineering standard Miele promises is fully respected. Whether it's replacing a failed heating element, clearing a completely blocked lint filter, or renewing the condenser pump, work is completed on-site in the vast majority of cases.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You don't simply get your appliance back — you get documented peace of mind that the fix will hold.

Miele's reputation for building appliances that stand the test of decades is one we take seriously. Our commitment is to match that standard of excellence in every repair: precise, reliable, and respectful of the engineering that makes Miele a leader in the European luxury appliance segment.
