Repair Tumble Dryer BOSCH – Basel-Country

2. Expert Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home fully equipped to carry out a precise, professional diagnosis. Bosch tumble dryers are sophisticated machines: the EcoSilence Drive motor, the labyrinthine drum humidity sensors, and the safety thermostat all interact in ways that demand specialist knowledge. Common culprits we investigate include error code E66 (heating element failure), E62 (abnormally high drum temperature pointing to a tripped safety thermostat), and F4 (an NTC temperature probe fault). On condenser models, a failed condenser pump is a frequent source of damp laundry complaints. We test each component methodically before presenting you with a clear, itemised quote — no hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Efficient Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds with the repair on the spot wherever possible. We carry a wide range of original and certified-compatible Bosch spare parts, including heating elements, safety thermostats, condenser pumps, and lint filters. A fully blocked lint filter is one of the most overlooked causes of overheating faults — we clean or replace it as part of every service visit. The humidity sensors, which can become coated in detergent residue over time and cause the dryer to stop prematurely, are also inspected and cleaned as standard.

4. Repair Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily routine with complete peace of mind, knowing that Bosch's reputation for durability is now matched by our commitment to lasting repair quality.
