1. Service Provider

2. Scope of Services

  • Repair services: repair, installation and maintenance via a network of qualified technicians
  • Product sales: new and refurbished appliances, spare parts and accessories

3. Repair Services

The customer submits a repair request via the online form. Swiss Pro Service forwards it to the competent local repairer who contacts the customer directly. Swiss Pro Service acts as an intermediary and is not liable for technical execution. Services available exclusively in Switzerland.

4. Online Shop

4.1 Contract formation

The order constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of an order confirmation email.

4.2 Prices

All prices in CHF including applicable Swiss VAT. The price applicable is that valid at the time of order.

4.3 Payment

Currently: bank transfer within 10 business days. Coming soon: Stripe and TWINT.

4.4 Shipping

Switzerland only. Expected delivery: 10–15 business days from payment confirmation.

4.5 Right of withdrawal

14 calendar days from receipt of goods (Art. 40a CO). Return shipping at customer's expense. Refund within 14 days of return.

Does not apply to: customised products, already installed appliances, used/damaged goods, repair services already performed.

4.6 Legal warranty

2 years from delivery (Art. 197 et seq. CO). Apparent defects must be reported within 7 days of discovery.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Lugano (TI).

9. Amendments

Contracts already concluded are governed by the T&Cs in force at the time of conclusion.
