4. Data Transfer to Repairers
The main purpose of our service is to connect customers with qualified repairers across Switzerland. Your data is forwarded strictly within Switzerland and limited to what is necessary for the service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5.1 Google Analytics 4
Used only with your explicit consent. IP addresses are anonymised. Transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
5.2 Google Ads
Used only with your consent. Transfers based on SCC.
5.3 Google Maps
Embedded maps. See Google's Privacy Policy.
5.4 Google Fonts
Fonts are loaded locally from our server — no connection to Google servers.
6. Data Retention
- Repair requests: 5 years after closure
- Purchase data: 10 years (Art. 958f CO)
- Cookie consent logs: 3 years
- Analytics data: 14 months
7. Your Rights
Under Art. 25 et seq. FADP you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
