Repair Tumble Dryer V-ZUG – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives equipped with V-Zug–specific diagnostic tools. V-Zug tumble dryers — engineered and manufactured exclusively in Switzerland — use precision components that require specialist knowledge to assess correctly. Common culprits include a tripped safety thermostat causing the heating element to fail (often flagged by error code E66), a blocked lint filter causing dangerous overheating (error code E62), or a faulty condensate pump in condensation models leaving standing water in the reservoir. We also check the humidity sensors inside the drum labyrinth for detergent residue build-up, which can fool the machine into ending cycles prematurely. Before any work begins, you receive a clear, itemised quote — no surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician carries out the repair on-site wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible V-Zug spare parts. Whether it's replacing a defective heating element, restoring a faulty NTC probe (fault code F4), resolving a triac fault on the heating circuit (error code E68), or servicing the condensate pump, we work methodically and to Swiss quality standards. V-Zug appliances are synonymous with precision — and that is precisely how we repair them.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You won't need to worry about the installed parts: if one fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost, while the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

V-Zug has partnered with Switzerland's most prestigious luxury hotels for good reason: their appliances are built to last. Our commitment at Swiss Pro Service is to honour that heritage — restoring your tumble dryer with the care and precision it deserves, so it continues to serve your home for years to come.
