Repair Tumble Dryer HAIER – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — A certified technician arrives at your home at the agreed time and carries out a thorough inspection. Haier tumble dryers feature a labyrinth drum humidity sensor system that can become coated in detergent residue, causing the machine to misread moisture levels and cut cycles short. Our technician will also check the safety thermostat — one of the most common culprits when a Haier dryer stops heating — as well as the condensate pump in condenser models, which is prone to silting up over time. All findings are explained clearly before any work begins.

3. Repair — With your approval, the technician proceeds to replace or restore the faulty component using original or certified-compatible parts specifically sourced for Haier appliances. Whether the fault is a blown heating element, a clogged lint filter causing the E68 triac error, or an NTC probe returning the F4 fault code, our team carries the right components to resolve most issues in a single visit.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written confirmation of what was done, what was replaced, and exactly what your warranty covers — full transparency, no surprises.
