Repair Washing Machine WHIRLPOOL – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home and conducts a thorough diagnostic inspection. Whirlpool washing machines are complex systems: our technicians are trained to assess every key component, from the brushless inverter motor and drum bearings to the main electronic control board and the door seal gasket. If your machine is displaying an E10/F10 water-intake error or a persistent F11 pump fault, our team pinpoints the root cause rather than guessing. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins — with no hidden costs.

3. Repair — Once approved, our technician carries out the repair using original or certified-compatible Whirlpool parts. Common interventions include replacing worn drum bearings that produce that characteristic metallic rumble during centrifugation, clearing the drain pump of lint or coins causing blockages, renewing a leaking door seal gasket, or replacing a main control board damaged by voltage spikes — a particularly common issue with Whirlpool's advanced electronic platforms. The 6th Sense system is carefully recalibrated where required to ensure peak performance is fully restored.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You won't be left wondering if the fault will return.

Speed and reliability at every step. Swiss Pro Service operates across all 26 Swiss cantons, with a network of technicians ready to intervene rapidly — in most areas within 48 hours of your initial contact.
