Repair Washing Machine IKEA – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis – Our certified technician arrives at your home, equipped with brand-specific diagnostic tools suited to IKEA appliances co-engineered with Whirlpool. We carry out a thorough inspection of the key components: the drain pump (often blocked by lint or coins), the drum bearings (a common source of that unsettling metallic rumble at high spin speeds), the door seal for water leakage, and the main electronic control board, which can be vulnerable to voltage spikes on the Swiss grid. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair – Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible spare parts. IKEA guarantees component availability for 10 years from manufacture, which means we can almost always source the exact part needed — whether that's a new inlet solenoid valve, a drum bearing set, or a replacement drain pump to resolve persistent F11 or E21/F5 faults.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can run your next wash cycle with complete confidence.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of what we do. In most Swiss urban areas, we offer appointments within 48 hours, often the next day, and our technicians stock the most frequently needed IKEA washing machine components in their service vehicles to avoid unnecessary delays.

What truly sets Swiss Pro Service apart for IKEA appliances is our combination of brand-specific expertise and Swiss-standard professionalism. We don't treat your IKEA washing machine as a generic appliance — we know its engineering DNA, its common failure points, and exactly how to restore it. From Zurich to Geneva, Basel to Lugano, your IKEA washing machine is in expert hands.
