Repair Tumble Dryer SIEMENS – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis One of our certified technicians visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic tools, they'll inspect the key components: the heating element, the safety thermostat (which frequently trips due to overheating), the condensate pump on condenser models, and the humidity sensors inside the drum labyrinth — which can become coated with detergent residue and send false readings to the control board. Error codes such as F4 (NTC sensor fault) or E68 (heating triac fault) are read and interpreted accurately on-site.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we proceed with your approval. We carry original and certified-compatible Siemens spare parts, ensuring that your dryer's performance and energy efficiency — hallmarks of the iQ700 range — are fully restored. Common repairs include replacing a failed condensate pump, clearing a severely blocked lint filter, renewing a faulty safety thermostat, or replacing the electronic control board. Every repair is carried out with care and precision, respecting Siemens' own engineering standards.

4. Guarantee All repairs completed by Swiss Pro Service come with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation of the work carried out and the parts replaced, giving you complete peace of mind.
