Repair Tumble Dryer SCHULTHESS – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — Our specialist arrives at your home fully equipped. Schulthess tumble dryers are precision Swiss appliances — a brand founded in Bassersdorf, Zurich, in 1845 and trusted by Swiss households for over 175 years. Their dryers feature components such as the safety thermostat, the condenser pump (in condensation models), and the labyrinth drum humidity sensors. A common fault we diagnose is a tripped safety thermostat caused by overheating — often itself a consequence of a completely blocked lint filter or residue-coated humidity sensors that misread moisture levels. We pinpoint the exact cause, not just the symptom.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed, we carry out the repair on the spot wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Schulthess parts. Whether the issue is a faulty condenser pump, a damaged heating element triggering error code E68 (heating triac fault), or an NTC sensor problem flagged as F4, our technicians have the tools and components to act swiftly. Speed matters: most repairs are completed in a single visit.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a transparent invoice and complete peace of mind.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment goes beyond fixing the immediate fault. For a heritage brand like Schulthess — one that has been engineering appliances specifically for the Swiss market for generations — we believe every machine deserves care that matches the quality it was built with. That is the Swiss Pro Service promise.
