Repair Tumble Dryer LG – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives at your home fully equipped and carries out a thorough inspection of your appliance. LG tumble dryers rely on a sophisticated interplay of components: the heating element or heat pump assembly, the safety thermostat, the condensate pump (in condenser models), the labyrinth drum humidity sensors, and the main electronic control board. We test each systematically to pinpoint the root cause — whether that is a tripped safety thermostat caused by overheating, a blocked lint filter starving the drum of airflow, or humidity sensors coated in detergent residue that prevent the cycle from terminating correctly.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed and you have approved our transparent, no-obligation quote, our technician completes the repair on the spot wherever possible. We carry a carefully curated stock of original and certified-compatible LG spare parts, covering the most common failures such as a defective condensate pump, a burnt-out heating element (often flagged by error code E68 relating to the heating triac), or an NTC sensor fault signalled by code F4. LG's InverterDirect Drive motor, backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty, is handled with the specialist care it deserves.
