Repair Tumble Dryer CANDY – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home at the agreed time and carries out a full technical inspection. Candy condenser and heat-pump dryers have several well-known failure points: a tripped safety thermostat caused by overheating (often linked to a blocked lint filter), a faulty condenser pump in condensation models, or humidity sensors coated in detergent residue that cause incorrect readings and premature cycle endings. Error codes such as E66 (heating element failure), E62 (excessively high temperature), or E68 (heating triac fault) are diagnosed accurately with professional equipment. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins — no hidden charges.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician works on-site using original or certified-compatible spare parts. Whether it's replacing a faulty heating element, servicing the condenser pump, cleaning the labyrinth drum humidity sensors, or addressing an F4 NTC temperature probe fault, most repairs are completed during the same visit.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You have full peace of mind that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.
