Repair Refrigerator WHIRLPOOL – Zug

2. Diagnosis. Our technician arrives fully equipped to diagnose your appliance on-site. Whirlpool refrigerators incorporate advanced components such as the digital NTC thermostat, the inverter compressor, and the no-frost evaporator fan — all of which require specialist knowledge to evaluate correctly. Whether the fault lies in a failed relay preventing the compressor from starting, a blocked evaporator fan iced over due to a defective automatic defrost cycle, or deteriorated magnetic door seals losing cold air, we identify the root cause precisely and present you with a transparent, no-obligation quote before any work begins.

3. Repair. Once you approve the quote, our technician carries out the repair using original Whirlpool parts or certified-compatible equivalents of the same quality standard. We are experienced with the full spectrum of common faults — including refrigerant loss (R600a or R290), faulty fan sensor errors flagged as FS, and door ice alerts coded as dI — ensuring a lasting resolution rather than a temporary fix.

4. Guarantee. Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily routine with complete confidence that your Whirlpool refrigerator has been restored to the manufacturer's original performance standard.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. In most areas of Switzerland we offer appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, minimising the time your household is without a functioning refrigerator. As a multinational brand founded in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and the global leader in appliance sales volume, Whirlpool sets high engineering standards — and Swiss Pro Service matches them with equally high standards of service. Our commitment is simple: expert care for your Whirlpool refrigerator, every single time.
