Repair Refrigerator HOOVER – Zug

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home fully equipped. Hoover refrigerators, produced under the Candy/Haier group and engineered in Europe, use components such as R600a or R290 refrigerant gas, inverter or conventional compressors, and no-frost evaporator fans — all of which require specialist knowledge to assess correctly. We perform a thorough diagnostic, checking for issues like a faulty compressor relay, a blocked evaporator fan encased in ice, or deteriorated magnetic door seals that silently bleed cold air. Common error codes such as dI (door ice) or FS (fan sensor) are interpreted against the specific Hoover model in front of us. Before any work begins, you receive a clear, itemised quote.

3. Repair Only with your approval do we proceed. We carry a comprehensive stock of original and certified-compatible Hoover spare parts, meaning the majority of repairs are completed in a single visit. Whether the job involves recharging the refrigerant circuit, replacing the NTC digital thermostat, or restoring the automatic defrost cycle in the freezer compartment, our technicians work methodically and cleanly in your home.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You will receive clear documentation confirming exactly what was repaired, which components were fitted, and the duration of your coverage. This commitment to accountability is not standard practice in the industry — it is the Swiss Pro Service standard.

From the first call to the final guarantee document, our mission is to make the experience as stress-free as possible. With Swiss Pro Service, your Hoover refrigerator is in the hands of technicians who know this brand inside out.
