Repair Refrigerator SUBZERO – Zug

2. Diagnosis – A Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home with the specialist tools required for Sub-Zero appliances. We carry out a thorough inspection of all critical components: the inverter compressor and its start relay, the evaporator fan that keeps air circulating in no-frost models, the NTC digital thermostat, and the door magnetic seals that are so often the silent cause of cold-air loss. We will also assess whether your refrigerant circuit — charged with R600a or R290 — is intact, since a gas leak typically manifests as a persistent gurgling sound accompanied by inadequate cooling.

3. Repair – Once the fault is identified, we provide a transparent, itemised quote before any work begins. Sub-Zero's dual-compressor architecture — which keeps the refrigerator and freezer circuits entirely independent — means repairs require a technician who truly understands the system. Our team does. Whether the job involves replacing a faulty defrost mechanism causing excessive ice build-up in the freezer compartment, restoring a blocked evaporator fan, or renewing deteriorated door seals, we use original or certified-compatible parts selected specifically for Sub-Zero units.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation of the work performed, giving you the peace of mind that matches the long-term reliability Sub-Zero was designed to deliver.

Speed and reliability are not marketing promises at Swiss Pro Service — they are operational commitments. We know that a premium appliance built to last two decades deserves nothing less than expert, accountable care. Our unique commitment is simple: we treat every Sub-Zero refrigerator as the precision instrument it is, and we do not consider the job done until your appliance performs exactly as it should.
