Repair Oven HOTPOINT ARISTON – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives equipped with brand-specific diagnostic tools and a thorough knowledge of Hotpoint Ariston's component architecture, which is shared across the wider Whirlpool Group platform. On-site, we inspect critical components such as the bimetallic thermostat (often responsible for imprecise temperatures), the upper grill heating element, the circular fan-resistor assembly, and the internal halogen or LED lighting. We provide a clear, transparent quote before any repair work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, we carry out the repair using original or certified-compatible Hotpoint Ariston spare parts sourced from authorised supply chains. Common interventions include replacing a burnt lower or upper heating element, restoring the thermoventilatore so that fan-assisted cooking is uniform again, resealing a faulty oven door gasket to eliminate steam loss, or recalibrating a drifting bimetallic thermostat. Most repairs are completed in a single visit.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive documented confirmation of the work performed, giving you the peace of mind that Swiss consumers rightly expect.

Speed and reliability are not promises we make lightly. Our technicians are deployed across all 26 Swiss cantons, ensuring rapid response times whether you are based in Geneva, Zurich, Bern, or a smaller commune in the Valais.
