Repair Oven BOSCH – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives at your home and performs a thorough inspection of your oven. We check the key components most commonly responsible for failures: the lower heating element and upper grill element (a burnt-through filament is often visible as a clear break in the wire), the thermoventilator fan and its circular heating element (the culprit when your Bosch oven circulates hot air poorly and food cooks unevenly), and the bimetallic thermostat, which can drift out of calibration and cause inaccurate temperatures. We also inspect the door seal for steam leaks and examine the touch or mechanical display board, which in Bosch models can sustain moisture damage over time. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins.

3. Repair — Only once you've approved the quote do we proceed. We use original Bosch components or certified-compatible parts of equivalent quality, sourced through authorised supply channels. Bosch's century-plus heritage of precision manufacturing — with production centred primarily in Germany — means component tolerances matter enormously, and we never compromise on part quality.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. Should an installed part fail within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are not slogans for us — they are measurable commitments. Most Bosch oven repairs in Switzerland are completed in a single visit. Our technicians carry the most frequently required spare parts in their vehicles, minimising the need for follow-up appointments. Swiss Pro Service's unique promise for Bosch appliances is simple: factory-level expertise delivered to your door, with the transparency and directness that Swiss customers rightly expect.
