Repair Oven LA GERMANIA – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives with the specialist tools required to assess La Germania freestanding ovens thoroughly. We inspect all critical components: the lower heating element and upper grill element for visible breaks in the wire, the bimetallic thermostat to verify calibration accuracy, and the fan motor to determine whether the thermoventilatore is circulating heat evenly. We also check the door seal for vapour leakage and examine the touch or mechanical display board for moisture damage. You receive a clear, written quote before any repair work begins — no hidden charges.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately using original-specification or certified-compatible parts selected specifically for La Germania appliances. Whether the job involves replacing a burnt-out lower resistance element, recalibrating a drifting thermostat, or fitting a new internal halogen or LED light, every intervention is performed with precision and care.

4. Guarantee — All repairs carried out by Swiss Pro Service come with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This gives you the confidence that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed matters to us as much as quality. In most cantons, we offer appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, so your La Germania oven spends as little time out of action as possible. Founded in a tradition of Italian craftsmanship and built for demanding domestic use, your oven deserves a repair partner that applies equally high standards. Swiss Pro Service is proud to be that partner — combining Swiss-standard reliability with genuine technical expertise in La Germania appliances across all 26 cantons.
