Repair Oven AEG – Basel-City

2. On-site diagnosis — accurate and transparent. Our technician visits your home at an agreed time and performs a thorough diagnostic inspection. AEG ovens, as part of the Electrolux Group since 2012, are built to exacting German standards, but wear and heat cycles inevitably affect key components. We check the lower and upper heating elements for visible breaks in the wire, test the bimetallic thermostat for calibration accuracy, and inspect the touch or mechanical display board — a component particularly vulnerable to moisture damage in kitchen environments. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins. No hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Professional repair — with the right parts. Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately wherever possible. We carry original AEG-compatible components, including heating resistances, internal halogen or LED lighting units, and door seals, so the majority of repairs are completed in a single visit. Our goal is zero return trips and a fully restored oven — one that heats evenly, holds the correct temperature, and closes securely.

4. Repair guarantee — your peace of mind in writing. Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. If an installed part fails within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. This is not a vague promise — it is a binding commitment that reflects the confidence we place in our work and our components.

At Swiss Pro Service, we believe that a premium German appliance deserves premium Swiss craftsmanship in its repair. Our technicians do not treat every oven the same way — they know AEG's engineering philosophy and apply that knowledge every time they open a service call.
