Repair Hob SIEMENS – Valais

2. Diagnosis – Our technician arrives equipped with brand-specific diagnostic tools. For induction hobs, we systematically test the induction coils and temperature sensors to determine whether a faulty coil is preventing pan recognition, or whether an E3 error points to a deeper control board failure. For gas hobs, we inspect the thermocouple, electrovalve, and burner nozzles for obstruction or wear. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair – Work starts only with your explicit approval. We use original Siemens spare parts or certified-compatible equivalents from trusted BSH Group suppliers, ensuring that the precision engineering your hob was built with is fully preserved. Ceramic and electric models receive the same level of care, with serpentine heating elements replaced to OEM specification.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This is our commitment to quality, to Swiss standards of service, and to you as a customer who deserves lasting results — not a temporary fix.

Speed and reliability are not just promises at Swiss Pro Service — they are embedded in every step of this process. We prioritise appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, because we know that waiting longer for a repair is simply not acceptable in a busy household. Our unique commitment to Siemens owners across Switzerland is this: factory-level expertise, delivered with the punctuality and transparency that Swiss customers rightly expect.
