Repair Hob BLANCO – Valais

2. Diagnosis – Our technician arrives at your home and carries out a thorough inspection of all critical components. For Blanco induction hobs, this includes testing the induction coils, checking temperature sensors, and reading any stored error codes such as E0/E1 (overheating) or E3 (control board fault). For gas models, we inspect the thermocouple, solenoid valve, and burner jets for blockages. Nothing is assumed; everything is verified.

3. Repair – Once the fault is confirmed, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises. Our technicians carry an extensive stock of certified-compatible and, where available, original Blanco spare parts. Common interventions include replacing a burnt-out induction coil, clearing an obstructed gas jet (ugello), renewing a defective thermocouple, or swapping a failed control board responsible for touch-panel faults. Blanco's high-grade toughened glass and stainless steel components demand careful handling, and our team is trained accordingly.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can cook again with full confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed matters too. In most Swiss cantons, we can schedule a visit within 48 hours of your initial call, minimising the disruption to your household. We work around your timetable — including early-morning and Saturday appointments where available.
