Repair Microwave SIEMENS – Valais

2. Diagnosis One of our Siemens-trained technicians will carry out a thorough on-site inspection of your microwave oven. This includes a systematic check of the magnetron (the vacuum tube responsible for generating microwaves), the high-voltage transformer, and critically the HV capacitor and HV diode. It is essential to stress that the HV capacitor retains a dangerous electrical charge even when the oven is switched off — this is precisely why Siemens microwave repairs should never be attempted without specialist training. Our technicians follow strict safety protocols at every step. Following diagnosis, you receive a full, transparent quote before any repair work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds with the repair using original or certified-compatible Siemens spare parts. Common interventions include replacing a burnt-out magnetron, renewing a failed HV capacitor, resolving a blown internal fuse caused by a voltage surge, or restoring the turntable's motor so your iQ700 model operates exactly as Siemens designed it. Door safety interlock issues — where faulty mechanical catches prevent the oven from operating — are also diagnosed and corrected with precision.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This means that if an installed part fails within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost to you; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. It is our concrete commitment — not just a promise.

Swiss Pro Service combines Swiss standards of quality and reliability with deep, brand-specific expertise in Siemens appliances. From the first call to the final test of your repaired microwave, you are in capable, certified hands.
