Repair Freezer COLDLINE – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — One of our certified refrigeration technicians arrives at your premises equipped with professional diagnostic tools. We systematically inspect the critical components: the compressor and its start relay, the evaporator fan, the defrost heater and defrost timer, and the temperature sensor. If a faulty start relay is preventing the compressor from restarting, or if a defective defrost resistance has caused abnormal ice accumulation on the evaporator, we identify it precisely and explain our findings in plain language.

3. Repair — We carry a comprehensive stock of certified-compatible parts for Coldline professional refrigeration units, including start relays, defrost heaters, thermostats, and evaporator fans. Where the refrigerant circuit is involved — Coldline units frequently use R290 (propane) or R600a gas — our technicians are certified to handle these low-global-warming-potential refrigerants safely and in full compliance with Swiss environmental regulations. A refrigerant leak causing low pressure in the circuit is diagnosed and rectified properly, not just topped up temporarily.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a clear, itemised invoice with no hidden charges. Our goal is not merely to restart your freezer but to restore it to full HACCP-compliant performance.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. Coldline equipment is particularly prevalent across the Ticino and Romandy regions of Switzerland, and our technician network reflects that geographic reality. From the first call to a fully operational freezer, Swiss Pro Service delivers the professional-grade response that a professional-grade Italian refrigeration brand demands.
