Repair Wine Cooler SUBZERO – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives fully equipped to inspect every critical component. Sub-Zero wine coolers may use either a traditional compressor or a Peltier thermoelectric module, each with distinct failure modes. We test the NTC temperature sensor for drift, inspect the internal air-circulation fan for wear, check the door seal (gasket) for deterioration that causes cold-air loss, and evaluate whether a noisy, vibrating compressor — one of the most damaging faults for a wine cellar — is the root cause. A detailed written quote is prepared before any work begins.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our engineer carries out the repair using original Sub-Zero parts or certified-compatible equivalents. Whether the issue is burnt-out LED internal lighting, a faulty thermostat that cannot maintain the precise temperature demanded by Sub-Zero's dual-compressor system, or excessive humidity build-up due to a failing door gasket, every fix is executed to manufacturer specification.

4. Guarantee — All repairs come with Swiss Pro Service's 12-month written warranty on the installed parts, giving you documented peace of mind long after our engineer leaves.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. Sub-Zero built its reputation on appliances engineered for a 20-year service life; our mission is to honour that engineering by extending the useful life of your wine cooler rather than encouraging premature replacement. From Geneva to Zurich, from Basel to Lugano, Swiss Pro Service is the trusted partner for Sub-Zero owners who refuse to compromise on quality — for their appliances or for the wines they protect.
