Repair Wine Cooler LIEBHERR – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home and performs a thorough technical assessment. For Liebherr wine coolers, this includes inspecting the NTC temperature sensor for drift or failure, evaluating the condition of the door seal (a deteriorated gasket is one of the most common causes of cold loss and excessive internal humidity), and — where applicable — assessing whether a Peltier thermoelectric module is performing adequately, particularly in rooms where ambient temperatures run high.

3. Repair — We carry a comprehensive stock of original and certified-compatible components for Liebherr appliances. Whether your unit requires a new door gasket, a replacement compressor, or recalibration of the internal air-circulation fan, our technicians work with precision and respect for the engineering standards Liebherr has maintained since its founding. All work is carried out on-site wherever possible, minimising disruption to your home.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service is backed by a formal written warranty. Should an installed part fail within the guarantee period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of our service. We know that a wine cooler running outside its optimal temperature range — or vibrating from a faulty compressor — can compromise the character of even the most robust wines. That is why our scheduling is designed to minimise waiting times across all 26 Swiss cantons.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Liebherr owners goes beyond the repair itself: we provide clear guidance on how to keep your appliance performing at its best long after we leave, because a well-maintained Liebherr wine cooler should serve your collection for many years to come.
