Repair Washing Machine SMEG – Jura

2. Diagnosis Our Smeg-experienced technician visits your home at the agreed time, equipped with professional diagnostic tools and a thorough knowledge of the brand's electronic architecture. They will inspect the main control board, check the water inlet solenoid valve, and run a full fault-code scan — including codes such as E10/F10 (water intake failure) or E40 (door-lock fault) — to pinpoint the root cause with precision. You receive a complete, itemised quote before any repair work begins. No hidden costs, ever.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, work begins immediately — often on the same visit. Smeg's Italian-made components are built to exacting tolerances, and our technicians source only original or certified-compatible spare parts to match that standard. Whether the job calls for replacing a clogged drain pump blocked by coins or fluff, renewing a leaking door seal, or restoring a control board damaged by voltage fluctuations, every intervention follows rigorous Swiss quality protocols.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This is our commitment to you: if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, we replace it at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Smeg has been an ambassador of Italian design excellence for over seven decades, present in more than 50 countries. Keeping one of its washing machines performing at its best requires specialist knowledge — and that is precisely what Swiss Pro Service delivers, across all 26 Swiss cantons, every single day.
