Repair Oven SMEG – Jura

2. Diagnosis A certified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic tools, they systematically inspect the key components: the lower and upper heating elements (checking for visible breaks in the wire, a tell-tale sign of burnout), the thermoventilator — that is, the combined fan and circular heating element that ensures even heat distribution — and the bimetallic thermostat, which can drift out of calibration over time and cause inaccurate temperatures. The internal door seal is also examined, as a compromised gasket causes heat and steam loss that strains every other component.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we provide a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises. Our technicians carry a curated stock of parts suited to Smeg appliances, including heating elements, fan assemblies, and replacement door seals. Should a humidity-damaged display board need replacing, we source the correct part — original or certified-compatible — and fit it to manufacturer standards. All work is carried out at your home, minimising inconvenience.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation for your records — important for Swiss household management and insurance purposes. If an installed part fails within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.
