Repair Washing Machine SIEMENS – Bern

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives fully equipped to perform a thorough on-site assessment of your appliance. Siemens washing machines are sophisticated devices: the iQ700 range, for instance, relies on a network of automatic sensors that communicate directly with the main control board. A fault like E10/F10 (water intake error) could point to a blocked inlet valve or a pressure sensor anomaly, while E21/F5 (drainage error) often traces back to a discharge pump clogged with lint or coins. We read the exact error codes, inspect the drum bearings, check the door seal for micro-tears, and test the brushless inverter motor before presenting you with a clear, itemised quote — no hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician carries out the repair on the spot wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Siemens spare parts. Whether the job involves replacing worn drum bearings responsible for that characteristic metallic rumble in centrifuge, fitting a new door gasket to stop water leaking onto your floor, or swapping out a control board damaged by a voltage spike, we work methodically and cleanly — respecting both your appliance and your home.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily routine with complete confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Siemens owners goes further than a single visit. We stock an extensive range of Siemens-compatible components and keep pace with firmware and technical updates across the full product line — so your washing machine receives the expert care it was designed to receive.
