Repair Washing Machine NEFF – Vaud

2. Diagnosis — Our specialist carries out a thorough on-site inspection of every critical component: the brushless inverter motor, the drum bearings, the drain pump, the door gasket, and the main electronic control board. Neff washing machines are precision-engineered appliances, and an accurate diagnosis is the foundation of every lasting repair. You receive a clear, transparent quote before any work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair — Once approved, our technician proceeds with the repair using original Neff parts or certified-compatible equivalents sourced through official BSH Group supply channels. Whether the job involves replacing worn drum bearings that produce that distinctive metallic noise during the spin cycle, clearing a drain pump blocked by fluff or coins causing error code E21/F5, or renewing a leaking door gasket, every task is performed to the highest professional standard in compliance with Swiss quality norms.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can restart your laundry routine with complete peace of mind.

Speed matters to us as much as quality. We aim to offer appointments within 48 hours in most areas, often the next day in the main cities, because we know that every day without a working washing machine counts.

Neff has built its reputation on integrating premium technology seamlessly into modern kitchens. Your washing machine deserves the same level of care. Swiss Pro Service's commitment is simple: factory-standard repairs, transparent communication, and guaranteed results — every time, across all of Switzerland.
