Repair Dishwasher NEFF – Vaud

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home and carries out a thorough diagnostic assessment. Neff dishwashers, as part of the BSH Group's premium built-in range, feature sophisticated electronic control boards and precision components including the water circulation pump, the NTC turbidity sensor, and the heating element (resistenza calorifera). Our specialists know exactly where these components sit, how they interact, and which failure patterns are most common — for instance, a noisy or burnt-out circulation pump, limescale-blocked spray arms, or a faulty turbidity sensor that prevents the machine from calibrating its wash cycle correctly.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we carry out the repair on-site wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Neff spare parts. Whether the issue is an E9/F9 error linked to the heating element triac, a damaged door seal that prevents the door from closing properly, or a salt dispenser (salter dosatore sale) that has stopped functioning, we address the root cause — not just the symptom.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a clear, itemised invoice and full peace of mind that the work meets Swiss quality standards.
