Repair Washing Machine GAGGENAU – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — A Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home within 48 hours. Using professional diagnostic equipment, they assess every critical component: the drum bearings (a common source of that characteristic metallic noise at high spin speeds), the drain pump (frequently blocked by lint or coins, triggering an F11 fault), the main electronic control board, the door seal, and the water-inlet solenoid valve. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair — With your approval, the technician carries out the repair on-site wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Gaggenau spare parts. Whether the job involves replacing a worn door seal that is allowing water to escape, clearing a blocked drain pump, or addressing a control board damaged by a voltage surge, every intervention is executed to the exacting tolerances that Gaggenau's BSH Group heritage demands.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can resume your daily routine with complete confidence that the work meets the same uncompromising standard you expect from the Gaggenau name itself.

Speed matters, which is why Swiss Pro Service maintains a network of technicians across all 26 Swiss cantons, ensuring rapid response times regardless of your location. Our commitment to Gaggenau owners is simple: transparent communication, genuine expertise, and a repair that lasts.
