Repair Washer-Dryer HOTPOINT ARISTON – Jura

2. Diagnosis – A certified technician visits your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough inspection of all key systems: the combined wash motor, the drying assembly (whether resistance-based or heat-pump), the humidity sensors, the condensate pump, and the control board. Hotpoint Ariston's combined electronics can produce interrelated faults — a blocked condensate pump, for example, often triggers secondary overheating alerts — so a systematic approach is essential.

3. Repair – Once the root cause is identified and a transparent quote accepted, our technician proceeds with the repair on-site wherever possible. Common interventions include cleaning or replacing fouled humidity sensors (the leading cause of poor drying performance on these machines), freeing or replacing a seized condensate pump, resealing a leaking porthole gasket, and replacing a faulty combined control board. We use original or certified-compatible spare parts, ensuring your appliance performs exactly as Hotpoint Ariston intended.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive clear documentation, so you have full recourse should any related issue arise after the technician leaves.

Speed and reliability are not slogans here — they are measurable commitments. Our network of technicians is deployed across all 26 Swiss cantons, meaning short travel distances and appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities.

Swiss Pro Service's unique promise for Hotpoint Ariston owners: we keep a dedicated stock of high-rotation components for this brand, reflecting its widespread adoption in French-speaking Switzerland and across the country. You will never be told to wait weeks for a part that is already on our shelf.
