Repair Washer-Dryer GENERAL ELECTRIC – Jura

2. Diagnosis — A Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home at the agreed time with a full set of diagnostic tools calibrated for General Electric appliances. We inspect the critical components: the humidity sensors that tell the drying assembly when clothes are truly dry, the condensate pump that removes moisture from the drum, and the combined control board that manages both the washing motor and the drying resistance or heat-pump unit. Common fault codes such as tCo (excessive temperature during the drying cycle), E18 (excess water detected), and F11 (drainage pump failure) are read and interpreted immediately on-site.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises. Our technicians carry a curated stock of parts suited to General Electric machines, including condenser assemblies, door gaskets, condensate pump modules, and replacement control boards. Most repairs are completed in a single visit, restoring your appliance to full operational specification.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your normal routine with complete confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.
