Repair Washer-Dryer ELECTROLUX – Vaud

2. Diagnosis Our certified technician arrives at your home and carries out a thorough inspection of the complete unit — from the washing motor and drum seal through to the drying circuit components, including the condenser, the humidity sensors, and the condensate pump. One of the most common faults we encounter on Electrolux washer-dryers is a drying cycle that simply underperforms: the root cause is almost always dirty or degraded humidity sensors that fail to accurately detect moisture levels in the drum. We diagnose the real fault, not just the symptom, and provide a fully transparent quote before any work begins.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds with the repair on the spot wherever possible. We carry a wide range of original and certified-compatible Electrolux spare parts — including drum door gaskets prone to water leakage, condensate pumps that frequently become blocked with lint and scale, and the combined control boards that govern both washing and drying functions. We also address less obvious faults such as error E18, which signals excess water in the system and can indicate a blocked drain or faulty pressure sensor. Every repair is carried out with precision and respect for your home.

4. Guarantee All repairs completed by Swiss Pro Service come with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This reflects our confidence in the quality of our work and in the components we source. As a Swedish multinational with over 100 years of history, Electrolux holds its supply chain to exacting standards — and so do we.

Swiss Pro Service's unique commitment: we don't just fix the immediate fault. We check the full drying circuit and washing assembly so your Electrolux washer-dryer leaves us — and your home — performing exactly as it was designed to.
