Repair Tumble Dryer ELECTROLUX – Vaud

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home at the agreed time, fully equipped with the diagnostic tools needed to assess Electrolux-specific systems. We methodically inspect the critical components: the heating element (or heat pump on newer models), the safety thermostat — which frequently trips due to overheating caused by a blocked lint filter — and the moisture sensors inside the drum labyrinth. On condenser models, we also check the condenser pump, one of the most common failure points. We verify the control board for fault codes including F4 (NTC sensor issue) and E68 (heating triac fault). You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins. No surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician carries out the repair on the spot wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Electrolux spare parts. Whether it's replacing a faulty condenser pump, cleaning residue-coated moisture sensors that are causing premature cycle cut-off, or fitting a new safety thermostat, every intervention is performed to the highest standard — respecting Swiss quality expectations and Electrolux's own engineering specifications, built on over a century of appliance expertise since the brand's founding in Stockholm in 1919.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This gives you complete peace of mind: if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are not afterthoughts at Swiss Pro Service — they are our core promise. With technicians operating across all 26 Swiss cantons, we minimise waiting times and maximise first-visit resolution rates.
