Repair Tumble Dryer PANASONIC – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives fully equipped and begins with a thorough inspection of all critical components: the heating element, the safety thermostat, the condenser pump (on condensation models), the moisture sensors inside the drum labyrinth, and the lint filter. We also inspect the electronic control board for faults, including triac issues flagged by error code E68. You receive a clear, written quote before any repair work begins — no hidden costs, full transparency.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately — in most cases, the repair is completed during the same visit. Panasonic's Inverter Econavi drive system and its associated sensor array require precise calibration after component replacement, and our specialists are trained to restore these systems to their original specification. Common interventions include replacing a tripped safety thermostat caused by overheating, clearing a completely blocked lint filter that starves the drum of airflow, or restoring clogged moisture sensors coated with detergent residue — a frequent but easily overlooked fault.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. If an installed part fails within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. This commitment reflects the trust Swiss households place in our service, and the high standards Panasonic itself sets for its appliances — a brand founded in 1918 by Konosuke Matsushita with a philosophy of reliability and continuous innovation that endures to this day.

At Swiss Pro Service, speed and dependability are not marketing promises — they are the measurable outcomes of every job we complete. Your Panasonic tumble dryer deserves expert care, and that is precisely what we deliver.
