Repair Refrigerator PANASONIC – Appenzell Outer Rhodes

2. Diagnosis – A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home at the agreed time, equipped with professional diagnostic instruments tailored to Panasonic's Inverter Econavi architecture. They will inspect key components such as the NTC digital thermostat, the evaporator fan, the electronic control board, and the door magnetic seals — identifying the root cause rather than simply treating the symptom. If the compressor relay has failed, causing the inverter compressor not to start, or if the automatic defrost cycle has broken down leading to excessive ice build-up in the freezer compartment, our technician will pinpoint the exact fault.

3. Repair – Once the diagnosis is complete, you receive a fully transparent, itemised quote before any repair work begins. With your approval, our technician proceeds on the spot wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Panasonic parts — including the correct R600a or R290 refrigerant where gas replenishment is required — to ensure that your appliance performs exactly as Panasonic intended.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily life with complete confidence that the work has been done to the highest standard.
