Repair Microwave PANASONIC – Appenzell Outer Rhodes

2. Diagnosis. One of our certified technicians visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic equipment, we identify the root cause swiftly. Common culprits in Panasonic microwave ovens include a burnt-out magnetron — the vacuum tube responsible for generating the actual microwave energy — a failed high-voltage capacitor, or a blown internal fuse triggered by a voltage spike. A critical safety note: the HV capacitor retains a dangerous charge even after the appliance is switched off, which is precisely why this work must never be attempted without specialist training.

3. Repair. Once the fault is confirmed and you have approved our transparent written quote, our technician carries out the repair on the spot wherever possible. We source original or certified-compatible Panasonic parts, covering components such as the HV diode, the rotating plate motor, and the magnetron cooling fan. Panasonic's engineering heritage — the company was founded in 1918 by Konosuke Matsushita and has over a century of electronics innovation behind it — means parts are manufactured to exacting standards, and we honour that quality in every component we fit.

4. Guarantee. Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a detailed service report, and our team remains available should any follow-up question arise.

Speed and reliability are at the core of our service promise. We operate across all 26 Swiss cantons, with intervention times designed to minimise the disruption to your household. Whether you are in a major city or a smaller commune, a Swiss Pro Service technician is never far away.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Panasonic owners goes beyond simply fixing the immediate fault: we check the full high-voltage circuit — capacitor, diode, transformer — so you can be confident your appliance is truly safe and performing as its designers intended.
