Repair Refrigerator NEFF – Bern

2. Diagnosis — Our specialist carries out a thorough on-site assessment of your Neff appliance. This includes checking the NTC digital thermostat, inspecting the magnetic door seals for cold-air loss, testing the evaporator fan for ice blockages, and evaluating the electronic control board. We identify the root cause — not just the symptom — and present you with a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately. Whether the fault is a failed relay preventing the inverter compressor from starting, a blocked evaporator fan causing excessive frost in the freezer compartment, or a defective automatic defrost system triggering error code dI (door ice), we carry a comprehensive stock of original and certified-compatible Neff parts to complete most repairs in a single visit.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This means you can return to your daily routine with full confidence that the work meets the exacting standards expected of a BSH Group premium appliance like Neff.

Speed matters when a refrigerator is at stake. That is why Swiss Pro Service prioritises appointments within 48 hours across all 26 Swiss cantons — often the next day in the main cities — ensuring your food is protected and your household is back to normal with minimal disruption.
