Repair Refrigerator V-ZUG – Bern

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home and carries out a thorough assessment of all key components: the inverter compressor, the digital NTC thermostat, the magnetic door seals, and the evaporator fan unit. We use professional diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause, not just the symptom, and we present you with a transparent, no-obligation repair quote before any work begins.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately using original V-Zug parts or certified-compatible alternatives of equivalent quality. Whether the relay driving the compressor has failed, the R600a refrigerant circuit requires attention, or deteriorated door gaskets are bleeding cold air — we address the real fault correctly the first time.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation of the work completed, giving you the confidence and legal certainty that Swiss consumers rightly expect.

Speed matters as much as quality. We prioritise urgent calls where food safety is at risk, and in most Swiss cantons our technicians are available within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities. V-Zug appliances are an investment in lasting quality — our commitment is to protect that investment with expertise, transparency, and the kind of meticulous care that mirrors the brand's own manufacturing standards right here in Switzerland.
