Repair Refrigerator HOTPOINT ARISTON – Zurich

2. Diagnosis — Our technician visits your home across any of Switzerland's 26 cantons and conducts a thorough assessment. Using professional diagnostic equipment, we check the compressor relay, measure the NTC digital thermostat readings, inspect the magnetic door seals for cold air loss, and read any stored error codes such as TS (temperature sensor failure) or dI (door ice accumulation). Nothing is guesswork. The diagnosis is precise, and the quote you receive is fully transparent — no hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Repair — With your approval, the repair begins, in most cases during the very same visit. Our technicians carry a curated stock of components specifically suited to Hotpoint Ariston refrigerators: evaporator fan motors, door gaskets, relay starters, and electronic control boards. If a compressor needs replacing, we source original or certified-compatible parts swiftly, minimising any delay. Hotpoint Ariston's position within the Whirlpool Group ensures that spare parts remain well-supported and available across the Swiss market.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written confirmation of what was done, which components were replaced, and the full terms of your guarantee. Swiss standards of quality and accountability apply throughout.

At Swiss Pro Service, our commitment to Hotpoint Ariston owners goes beyond the repair itself: we treat your appliance — and your home — with care, punctuality, and the professional rigour that customers across Switzerland deserve.
