Repair Refrigerator FORS – Zug

2. Diagnosis — A qualified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home promptly and performs a thorough inspection. We check the core components: the compressor relay, the NTC digital thermostat, the evaporator fan (often seized by ice in no-frost models), the electronic control board, and the magnetic door seals. If your appliance is showing a TS temperature-sensor error or excessive freezer frost caused by a failed automatic defrost cycle, our specialist will identify the root cause — not just mask the symptom.

3. Repair — We carry a carefully selected stock of original and certified-compatible spare parts suited to Fors appliances, which are distributed in Switzerland through the Electrolux Professional network. Whether your unit needs a compressor relay replacement, an R600a refrigerant recharge performed safely to Swiss environmental standards, a new evaporator fan, or simply fresh magnetic door seals to stop cold air escaping, we carry out the repair on-site wherever possible, minimising inconvenience to your household.

4. Guarantee — Every Swiss Pro Service intervention comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full transparency: a detailed quote before any work begins, no hidden charges, and a guarantee that gives you real peace of mind long after the technician has left.

Speed and reliability are not empty promises at Swiss Pro Service. We aim to offer appointments within 48 hours in most Swiss regions, often the next day in the main cities, precisely because we know every hour without a working refrigerator counts. Our specific commitment to Fors owners is this: we treat your appliance with the same rigour expected by the Electrolux Professional standards it was built to — giving your Fors fridge the expert care it deserves, every single time.
