Repair Oven HAIER – Schaffhausen

2. Diagnosis — A qualified technician visits your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough inspection. This includes checking the lower heating element (resistenza riscaldante inferiore) and the upper grill element for visible wire breaks, testing the bimetallic thermostat calibration for temperature accuracy, and examining the door seal for any gaps causing steam loss. You receive a transparent, itemised quote before any work begins — no hidden costs.

3. Repair — Once approved, our technician proceeds with the repair on the spot wherever possible. We stock original and certified-compatible parts for Haier appliances, including components specific to their SmartHome-enabled models. Haier, founded in China in 1984, has grown to encompass brands such as Candy, Hoover, and Fisher & Paykel — so our parts inventory is broad and well-stocked. Common interventions include replacing a burnt-out lower or upper heating element, restoring a non-rotating fan motor in the thermoventilator assembly, recalibrating the thermostat, and repairing humidity-damaged display boards.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This gives you genuine peace of mind — if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are not just promises — they are the foundation of our service. We know that in Swiss households, where routines are precise and standards are high, you need a repair partner who arrives on time, communicates clearly, and delivers lasting results. Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Haier oven owners across Switzerland is exactly that: expert care, quality components, and a repair that holds.
