Repair Oven FORS – Schaffhausen

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough inspection. Fors ovens distributed via the Electrolux Professional network in Switzerland use reliable but specific components: we check the lower heating element and upper grill element for any visible breaks in the wire, test the thermoventilatore (the fan-and-circular-heating-element assembly) to ensure uniform heat distribution, and verify that the bimetallic thermostat is correctly calibrated. If your oven has a touch or mechanical display board, we also inspect it for moisture damage — a known vulnerability in kitchen environments. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, work starts immediately. We use original or certified-compatible spare parts sourced through the Electrolux Switzerland supply chain, ensuring full compatibility with your Fors model. Common interventions include replacing a burnt-out lower or upper resistance, servicing the thermoventilator so the oven heats evenly again, resealing the oven door with a new gasket to stop heat and steam escaping, and restoring a damaged display board. Most repairs are completed in a single visit.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You have full peace of mind that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed matters, and reliability matters even more. Swiss Pro Service operates across all 26 Swiss cantons, meaning a qualified technician is never far away — whether you are in a city centre or a rural community. Our commitment for Fors owners specifically is this: brand-matched expertise, backed by the same Electrolux professional network that distributes the appliance, delivered with the transparency and precision that Swiss households expect.
