Repair Hob FORS – Schaffhausen

2. Diagnosis Our certified technician carries out a thorough, on-site diagnosis of your Fors appliance. On induction models, we systematically check the induction coils, temperature sensors, and the touch control board — common culprits when a cooking zone fails to detect cookware or the controls become unresponsive. On gas hobs, we inspect the thermocouple, solenoid valve, and burner nozzles for blockages or wear. You receive a transparent, detailed quote before any work begins. No surprises.

3. Repair With your approval, our technician proceeds immediately using original or certified-compatible Fors spare parts sourced through the Electrolux Switzerland supply network. Whether we're replacing a worn induction coil, clearing a blocked burner nozzle, or renewing a defective thermocouple, we work efficiently and cleanly, respecting your home throughout.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This isn't a standard clause buried in small print — it's our firm commitment to you that the work we perform will hold. Should an installed part fail within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.
