Repair Oven FRATELLI BERTAZZONI – Zurich

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home and performs a thorough diagnostic assessment. Fratelli Bertazzoni ovens rely on several precision components that are common sources of failure: the lower heating element and upper grill element can burn out visibly as a break in the wire, while a faulty bimetallic thermostat often causes inaccurate temperature readings that ruin baking results. We identify the root cause — not just the symptom — before any repair work begins.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we proceed with the repair using original or certified-compatible parts sourced for Bertazzoni appliances. Whether the issue is a thermo-fan (the combined fan and circular heating element) that has stopped rotating — leaving food unevenly cooked — a damaged touch-display board affected by moisture, or a worn door seal causing steam to escape, our technicians carry the right components and have the expertise to fix them correctly the first time.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation in line with Swiss consumer standards, giving you complete peace of mind that the quality of our work stands behind every job we complete.

Speed and reliability are not afterthoughts at Swiss Pro Service — they are the foundation of our service promise. We understand that in Switzerland, where standards are high and schedules are precise, a slow or uncertain repair simply isn't acceptable.

Our commitment to Fratelli Bertazzoni owners goes beyond fixing a fault: we restore the full Italian performance your oven was designed to deliver, preserving the craftsmanship and longevity that defines this exceptional brand.
