Repair Oven FRANKE – Zurich

2. Diagnosis – Our technician arrives equipped with the tools and knowledge specific to Franke appliances. We conduct a thorough assessment, inspecting critical components such as the lower heating element and upper grill element for visible breaks in the wire, testing the thermoventilator (the combined fan-and-circular-element unit responsible for uniform heat distribution), and verifying whether the bimetallic thermostat is correctly calibrated. If your oven's touch or mechanical display panel is showing erratic behaviour — a common consequence of moisture ingress — we assess that too. You receive a full, itemised quote before any work begins.

3. Repair – Once approved, we carry out the repair using original Franke components or rigorously certified-compatible parts, all sourced for your specific model. Because Franke has been producing integrated kitchen solutions since 1911 and serves both domestic and professional foodservice markets, its component range is broad — and our supply network keeps the most frequently replaced parts in stock, minimising waiting times significantly.

4. Guarantee – Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. Should an installed part fail within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost to you; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are not afterthoughts at Swiss Pro Service — they are the foundation of every intervention. Our technicians operate across all 26 Swiss cantons, so whether you are based in a city centre or a rural municipality, expert assistance is never far away.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Franke owners goes beyond a simple fix: we treat your appliance with the same exacting care its Swiss engineers intended, so you can return to cooking with complete confidence.
