Repair Microwave LG – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis — Our specialist arrives at your home fully equipped. LG microwave ovens are built around a high-voltage circuit that includes the magnetron (the vacuum tube responsible for generating microwaves), a high-voltage transformer, an HV capacitor, and an HV diode. A critical note: the HV capacitor retains a dangerous electrical charge even after the appliance is switched off — which is precisely why this diagnosis must never be attempted as a DIY task. Our technicians follow strict safety protocols at every step.

3. Repair — Once the fault is identified — whether it's a burnt-out magnetron causing a complete loss of heating, a failed internal fuse due to a voltage spike, or a faulty rotating plate motor leaving food spinning unevenly — we carry out the repair using original or certified-compatible LG spare parts. LG's reputation as a Korean technology powerhouse, founded in 1958 and renowned for innovations such as InverterDirect Drive technology, means their components are engineered to precise tolerances. We respect that standard in every repair.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a clear invoice detailing every action taken — full transparency, in line with Swiss consumer expectations.

Speed matters too. We know your microwave isn't a luxury — it's part of your kitchen's daily workflow. That's why Swiss Pro Service prioritises fast scheduling and first-visit resolution wherever possible, minimising the time your appliance sits unused.

Our commitment to LG microwave owners goes beyond the repair itself. We document the fault, advise on how to avoid repeat failures, and ensure your appliance leaves our hands — or your kitchen — performing exactly as LG intended. Reliable, precise, Swiss.
