Repair Hob WHIRLPOOL – Valais

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives equipped with the tools and knowledge specific to Whirlpool appliances. For induction models, we systematically test the induction coils, temperature sensors, and control board — the components most commonly implicated when a cooking zone fails to detect cookware or when touch controls become unresponsive. For gas hobs, we inspect the thermocouple, gas solenoid valve, and burner jets for blockages or wear. A transparent, written quote is provided before any repair work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair Once approved, our technician carries out the repair using original or certified-compatible Whirlpool spare parts. Whether it is a burnt-out serpentine heating element on a ceramic hob, a defective cooling fan generating excessive noise on an induction unit, or a blocked nozzle starving a gas burner of fuel, we restore your hob to full factory specification. Whirlpool's 6th Sense technology relies on finely calibrated sensors and electronics; our team understands these systems in depth and handles them accordingly.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your kitchen with complete peace of mind, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are not marketing slogans for us — they are the foundation of every job we carry out. Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Whirlpool hob owners across Switzerland is simple: expert diagnosis, genuine parts, and a lasting repair delivered with the professionalism and transparency that Swiss households expect.
