Repair Hob HOTPOINT ARISTON – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis Your technician arrives equipped with brand-specific diagnostic tools. For induction hobs, they will check the induction coils and temperature sensors — common culprits when a zone fails to recognise pots — and read any stored error codes such as E0/E1 (overheating) or E3 (control board fault). On gas models, the thermocouple and solenoid valve are inspected first, as these are the most frequent causes of ignition failure. After a thorough assessment, you receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair begins. No hidden fees, no surprises.

3. Repair With your approval, the technician proceeds immediately using original or certified-compatible parts sourced specifically for Hotpoint Ariston appliances. Whether the job involves replacing a burnt induction coil, cleaning a blocked gas nozzle obstructing regular gas flow, or swapping out a faulty control board causing unresponsive touch sensors, our team handles it with precision — on-site, in most cases within a single visit.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You won't need to worry about the same fault recurring without recourse. We document everything and remain contactable if any follow-up is needed.
